I'M READY! HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
DO YOU OFFER ANY LOWER-COST OPTIONS?
Every project is different, so we always like to chat with potential clients before giving them an official quote for the project. After we've had a chance to talk about your unique business goals, we'll put together a custom proposal with a few different package options – each tailored to fit your specific needs. Feel free to inquire here for more details and we'll be happy to discuss further in detail.
HOW MUCH DOES A TYPICAL PROJECT COST?
Typical projects require a 40% retainer to hold your spot in my calendar with the remainder paid upon completion, prior to delivery of your final files. I also offer payment plans, which you can read more about in the FAQ below. Clients who pay in full (i.e. opt out of the payment plan) receive a $300 discount.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I don't believe that a singular logo can capture your brand's full story. For that reason, I don't offer just a logo. I specialize in developing strategic and holistic brand identities. You'll leave our project feeling equipped with all the tools to confidently launch your brand into the world.
DO YOU OFFER JUST A LOGO?
I typically book anywhere from 1-2 months in advance so the sooner you reach out, the better. You can fill out my client application form here to apply to work with me! If we're the right fit, I will be in touch within 48 hours and will provide you with an approximate start date.
WHEN CAN WE START?
Branding typically takes about 4 weeks and website design takes about 5 weeks thereafter (about 8-10 weeks total). Timelines may vary depending on scope.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
I believe branding is most impactful when it's cohesive and consistent. When you try to piece together different elements from existing branding, it can often look disjointed, which ultimately doesn't speak to your ideal audience. Allowing me to have total creative freedom over your branding will elicit the best possible result.
WE ALREADY HAVE AN EXISTING LOGO WE'D LIKE TO KEEP. CAN YOU BUILD OUR BRANDING ON THIS?
Typically, web design is only offered to clients who are booking or have already completed one of my branding packages with me. I've found that when a solid brand is in place, it makes the website that much more impactful. That said, if you already have a brand identity you're proud of, then I'm open to discussing what that looks like.
WHAT IF I WANT JUST A WEBSITE?
• Font licenses
• Additional revision rounds (3 or more revisions are charged at $100 hourly)
• Website Hosting & Subscriptions
• Copywriting (depending on your customized package)
• Extensive SEO (basic SEO is included in the Brand & Website Package)
